Female Health - Feedback

Who designed the Period Tracker? It's as if someone whose never used birth control, had a period, or given birth slapped this together in ten minutes. The interface is terrible and completely useless. I can't track my birth control, there's no way to ask that my Fitbit remind me to take my birth control pills everyday, and I cannot make changes to my period. Once you've entered your details, the predictions just continue on incorrectly for eternity. It's as if this was designed by someone who heard about the female body once in health class in 7th grade and decided to give this design thing a go. There are so many useless restrictions on how this part of the app could be used, it feels like the Republican party designed it. (... Because they like telling women what they can and cannot do with their body). Fix it. Ask a woman.

Welcome on board @HSmith84Keep in mind that use of certain types of contraception, such as extended-cycle birth control pills and intrauterine devices (IUDs), will alter your menstrual cycle (source). Talk to your health care provider about what to expect.

Since you’re using birth control or otherwise have an altered cycle, you can still use the female health tracking feature to track your cycle and details to help you recognize patterns. You may want to turn off predictions in the female health settings and manually log your periods. For more information, see How do I use the Fitbit app to track my period?

For anything else you would like to see implemented in this feature for the future, consider visiting our Feature Suggestions board. Look under the label "Female Health Tracking" for existing ideas that might match your own and vote.

I was making some research and was able to find this idea asking for the same:

Please cast a vote for these ideas and leave a comment to show support for them. Since this is a newly launched feature, we're always interested in ways to improve the product! Thanks for your feedback.
