I find this OFFENSIVE. Women are not periods and pregnancy. I am menopausal and there is nothing to help monitor perimenopausal and menopausal related issues. I particularly dislike that I cannot remove the periods (which I have not had since my twenties) and pregnancy (which I have never wanted) features. I feel that I am being **ahem**ED AT by your app. Women have different more confusing indiicators for heart attacks, why not help us with this? My blood pressure plumets when I stand up and I am at risk of developing dementia, why can't my fitbit warn me when my pressure falls dangerously? I HATE buzzing without any information. It's frankly just a really annoying overlarge watch. It is also not registering sleep properly.
I don't feel that the Versa does anything to help me with my health issues and goals.

Hi @festivali. Fitbit’s Female Health Tracking is designed for pre-menopausal women. Like you, I am past that so I simply do not use that feature. As far as tracking BP and issuing warnings when it goes too high or too low, many posters agree with you. Tap here to see several of the postings in the New Feature Suggestion forums. You can vote for those you like. This is where the Fitbit developers gage interest and implement changes where possible. But please keep in mind that the Fitbit devices are not medical grade devices.
I looked at your profile and understand where you are coming from. Again, like you, I am dealing with chronic pain on a daily basis. I find the Lifestyle Discussions (tap here) interesting. You may, too.

I agree with my friend @SunsetRunner. For anything else you would like to see implemented in this feature for the future, consider visiting our Feature Suggestions board. Please, look under the label "Female Health Tracking" for existing ideas that might match your own and vote.
I was making some research and was able to find this idea asking for the same:
Also, don't forget to always check the article: How do I use the Fitbit app to track my period?
