Female Health tracker causing app to freeze

My womens health tracker is causing my app to freeze when I tap on that specific tracker. I tried disconnecting Bluetooth and quitting the app and then reinstalling everything. But it continues to freeze up. What else can I try?

I'm having the same issue. I've deleted and reinstalled the app. I've turned off and restarted my phone. I completed all Fitbit updates. And still the same issues. Please help!

I also tried turning my phone off and still nothing!

P.S. I did not mean to accept that as a solution....I'm new to this😬

I completely understand! Lol. I actually had to update my IOS on my phone in order to get it to work. Now I get to wait for my phone to slow down and apple to say sorry you need a new phone. Cause you know, that’s what happens every time I update my phone. Agh!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Mickeymommy and @Kvon1995! Thanks for bringing this to my attention and thanks for already troubleshooting this crashing inconvenience, nice way to go!

Additionally of what you've done, please try the following:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling your Fitbit app. If this doesn't solve the issue, let me know please.

Looking forward to your response!

I'm having the same trouble, so tried your solution yesterday. It worked in that I could navigate in, but only once; the next time I clicked the tile it immediately crashed again.

Mine has started doing the same thing just today. I've tried the restarting Bluetooth and the delete and reinstall stuff. None of it is solving the problem. Very frustrating

I tried the reboot again and it did work. This time I did my sync devices at the same time.

Please make sure that the Fitbit app is up-to-date
