Hi,
I'm continuing to enter my details into the "log details" part of the female Health tracker and they aren't saving. I have the latest version of the app and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.
Please can you look into this?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your logged details in the female health feature are not saving. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. I recommend to log out of the app and log back in. After that confirm the steps to log details: How do I log or delete female health details?

That didn't help. This is an ongoing issue. It will SOMETIMES save light or spotting but will NOT save HEAVY. UGH!!!

I've been having the same issue as the original poster. It stopped saving logged details sometime within the last few months. I've been needing to keep a log for my doctor and was using this app to do it so it's really aggravating that it's not working anymore.

It looks like logging out and in helped this time. But I've also had moments in the past where it saves, but disappears later. Or I'll edit the details I already logged and it won't save those changes.

I've been having the same issue for a few months and nothing works. I have seen numerous posts dating back almost a year about the same thing. I guess they're not bothering to fix this bug, it's a shame as it was a really useful tool. I'm back to marking it on my phone calendar and hoping it doesn't sync onto my work one haha

Same issue here. With this recent "bug" this time I can edit my period start and end dates (which was an issue in past bugs), but now cannot log details for specific days (flow strength, headache, cramps, etc). - the details aren't displaying in the bottom section after I save, and there are no dots on the calendar confirming the details are saved. Please fix!

Hi all, attempted a few trouble shooting steps, and this is what worked for me (for now):
-I logged out of fitbit app
-Closed fitbit app
-Restarted phone
-Opened fitbit app
-Logged into fitbit app
-> it now let's me log daily details again (the dots are showing on the calendar and the details display on the bottom half of the screen again)... let's see how long it lasts ...
