Female Health not opening on iOS

Hello everyone!
 
My fiancee got a Fitbit Charge 3 as a birthday present. And we have tried to setup the period app/function. But it wont even open up on her cellphone. I got an Samsung Galaxy S8 and a Fitbit Versa, everything is working on my device.
 
When i click on the period app in her phone it doesn't open up. Nothing is happening. I can see a "loading" icon in the corner but that's it. And when i go in to the settings and clicking on period-setting-name nothing happens (i can't remember what the text says. She is at work atm)
 
 
I've try the following things
  • Restarting her phone
  • Restarting the bluetooth
  • She have an account on Fitbit.com
  • Logged in on it (Fitbit.com)
  • Selected female as her sex
  • Both devices are up-to-date
  • She have an iPhone SE (the function should work, I've read it)

Welcome on board @Tcip, it's nice to see you here! Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this with your fiancée, nice way to go! 

 

Please make sure you both are updated to the latest app version - 2.82 for iOS. If you are, let's try the following:

 

  • Log out from your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Sync
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app

Hi ang sorry for the late answer.

 

It's weird. 1½ day after i posted this. The problem was fixed. I've checked i can't see the app on her phone was updated BUT there was a major update to the clock (that i did AFTER the problem was fixed. Cuz she had some strange bugs). Really weird, but the issue is no more.
