Female tile has disappeared from my Fitbit app

The app female tracker has disappeared from my app on my phone but is still working on my watch so i cannot edit it. I also cant re download it as its not on the available apps anymore or in my apps

@Georgiaxo Hello and welcome to this community.

What female tracking app are you speaking about? The Fitbit one is actually not a standalone app but it is part of Today service (accessible swiping up from your clockface). At the same time on your smartphone it is just a tile in your Fitbit app dashboard.

Or maybe are you speaking about a different application such as Clue?

Welcome to the Female board @Georgiaxo, it's nice to see you here!  I'm wondering the same than @Giampi71. Did you manage to bring the tile back? 

To show the female health tile:

1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click Edit at the bottom of the dashboard.
2. Tap or click the + icon in the top left corner of the female health tile.
3. Tap or click Done. 

If the tile is still not an option, I'd recommend doing the following:

• Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date (iOS 2.78 and Android 2.79)
• Log out of your Fitbit app
• Force quit the app
• Turn off the Bluetooth
• Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
• Turn on the Bluetooth
• Log back into your Fitbit app
• Add the Female tile

As additional information, to delete female health tracking from your device, you need to remove each period in the Fitbit app. For instructions, please see: How do I use the Fitbit app to track my period?

Please note that you can't remove your female health tracking data only from the device, you must remove your data from the Fitbit app to delete the information from your device. Hiding the female health tracking tile from your app dashboard does not delete your female health tracking data from your mobile app or your device.
