FitBit App Crashing (on Android) Under Female Health Option

Hello Everyone,

 

I have an Android system on my phone and today I noticed that when I went to look at my female health option in the FitBit app, the app would crash. I don't have this problem with any of the other options (i.e. calories, exercise days, HR, etc.). I looked through older threads regarding this issue and after reading some suggestions; I updated my FitBit app (today), restarted my phone, and the app still crashes under female health.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this?

So here is another update on this scenario...

 

The app STILL crashes when I try to access the female health option. Now, it's saying that I started my period right after it ended last week.

 

Is there any way I can uninstall the app update? I never had this problem until I updated the FitBit app.

 

Who do I contact with this issue?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
