Since the most recent update I can no longer view my cycle tracking info on my Fitbit Versa. Going into Settings on the Today screen does no good as Cycle Tracking is not even showing as an option to tick. The only options I am given to select are Hourly Steps, Activity and Heart Rate - so annoying!! Where is Cycle Tracking? Daily Steps? Calories?

Hi there @Steph2006, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided and for taking the time to troubleshoot this inconvenience prior to contacting us.
To see female health data on your device, you must set up female health tracking in the Fitbit app and log at least 1 period. For more information about setting up female health tracking, see How do I set up the female health tracking feature in the Fitbit app?
If you don’t want to see period information on your Fitbit device:
I hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance.

Thanks for your reply but unfortunately it was no help at all.
As I said this problem began with the most recent update. Female health tracking has already been set up in the fitbit app and I have been using it successfully for over a year.
Also as I mentioned Cycle Track is not even shown as an option in Setting on the Today screen so it really no help to refer to that.
Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi there @Steph2006, thanks for getting back and following the tips and recommendations I provided above.
I'd recommend to restart your Versa by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work either, please try to set up your Versa as a new device by following the steps below:
1. Remove the Versa from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
4. Setup your Versa as a replacement.
Hope this helps you, let me know the outcome.

I agree with the OP. Even after rebooting my Versa x3, I still do not have period as an option I’m under settings on the watch. I have all of the data in my iOS app and have been logging for over a year. This setting mysteriously disappeared from my Versa in the last 30 days.
