Fitbit added an extra period and won't delete

Hey there does anyone know how to contact the app support team?

 

The app has added an extra period to my calendar that keeps sending me reminders. The app won't let me delete it either.

I get the option to delete it, but selecting delete only removes while I'm on the screen, if I exit and then go back the extra period is readded.

 

Super frustrating.

How do I update the app? 

 

I don't really understand what you mean. The app added an extra period without me doing anything..it won't let me remove it or change the dates to my last actual period (I try to change the dates on the extra period but they do not stay saved).

Worst of all the extra period keeps adding more days and won't end.
