Freezing app on period

Every time I attempt to edit the period section the app freezes. 
deleted app and still is not working

Problems with this part of the app again?!? Come on! Mine keeps freezing and crashing every time I click on the menstrual portion of the app. I have to force close it. It just has the little loading symbol turning and turning in the top left of my phone.

 

I just updated the device to see if that worked.

It didn’t.

I reset my phone. 
It didn’t work.

I deleted the app and then reinstalled it.

it didn’t work.

 

How much is it to expect this to not happen every few months?!? Come on Fitbit! Please fix this ASAP and once and for all.

Same here. So frustrating. I can’t save or edit and it just freezes. 🙄

Tried again early today and it still didn’t work.

but just tried again now and it did work! Yahoo!

Same. This is very annoying as fertility and period stuff was why I got this Fitbit over other options. Are we going to be dignified with a response here?
