How do I remove Female Health from Versa/Ionic?

I entered all the data on my last period (4 mos ago) hoping to tell it I'm pregnant, which I couldn't figure out. So I removed the female health tracker from the dashboard on my phone app but I can't get it off the Today screen on my Versa. The predictions will obviously be wrong, so I'd like to remove that from the tracker...can anyone tell me how?

It's nice to have a new member around, welcome @SunsetRunner! By default, female health tracking is hidden for users who have identified themselves as male in their Fitbit profile. Sorry for the delay.

If the tile is showing up on your watch and Fitbit app, it seems that maybe a period was logged accidentally. We noticed a similar issue with Versa a couple of months ago, it was solved when with an update. Charge 3 doesn't have the option to remove stats from the Today option at this moment. Please check if your phone, Fitbit app and Fitbit Charge 3 have a pending update.

If the issue persist, please send an screenshot of the issue.

These instructions DID NOT WORK There is no Edit option either on the PC version or the phone version. WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU PEOPLE????? ARE YOU BEING PAID TO ,MAKE THIS HARDER THAN IT HAS TO BE????
