Luxe watch will not sync menstrual or sleep

My Luxe watch is constantly showing one day until my menstrual cycle and showing -- for sleep and sleep score. The app is tracking my cycle and sleep in the app correctly. Is there a fix? I am afraid to delete the data in the app as it states it will erase everything and I've been using Fitbit since 2015.
