When I go to the period tracking, the calendar is in the year 1983. I have to scroll all the way to 2021. There is also a red box where the edit is. I have done everything to no avail and every time I log back in and sync, it opens to the year 1983.

When I open the period tracker, the starting calendar date is set for the year 1994, to see 2021 I have too endless scroll to see my past periods and future trends. The period tracker at the bottom is also highlighted orange. I don’t know how to change that date.

thanks!

Yep, this has happened to me as well.

Also has anyone else lost the menstrual health option on their clock face? I had it on there along with steps, sleep, exercise etc and it's gone and there is no option to add it back in.

This is happening to me too! Lots of scrolling to get out of the 70s!

When I open the section for period tracking on the app (IOS) now it opens to my my birth month instead of today’s current month. Scrolling 40 years forward to adjust my period is a problem...  Since Fitbit changed ownership I’ve seen nothing but problems; you guys are clearly not subject matter experts or just don’t care

Recently the period tracking is completely broken.  It shows the year 2071 (?) and can't be scrolled back to this month.  Prior to this happening I had edited a period to move it forward a couple of times.  Surely the app can handle 'missed' periods?  Any ideas on how to get it working again?

Edit:  it's not 2071 it's 1971

When will it be fixed?

Best Answer

I see same issue but it is defaulting to my birth year, 1970. I have to scroll and scroll to see this month and recent data. There is no setting I can adjust to fix this.
@Fitbit when will this be fixed?

Best Answer

Same issue.

Best Answer

Oh... I was scrolling the wrong way thinking it was 2071. Now I can get back to 'today' and things make sense again.

Hopefully they will fix this soon!

Ok I see it now. I scrolled down prior but didn’t go that far. Glad it’s working. Just strange that it opens the way it does all of a sudden.

Not only does it start on my birth year, but when trying to scroll down to today, it freezes and crashes the app.  Cannot edit anything, cannot even click on anything on the page, not even the “back” button.  You either have to let the app crash or you have to force quit the app.  Also, the cycle day on the sense’s menstrual health widget is never correct anymore - as in it will usually say “zero days til next period” no matter what day you’re on.

When I click on my menstrual cycle calendar in the Fitbit app it shows my birthdate and year and not the current date and year. I have to scroll for a long time to get for the current date so I can enter in and edit information.

Having the same issue. Only started with new iOS update, so this is definitely a bug. Can a moderator or whoever tag a developer?

Same here. Weird and super annoying. Also kinda meta.

I’m also experiencing this inconvenience. When will this issue be resolved?

After an update, which according to my wife went wrong in some way, the iphone period calendar always starts up in 24 sept 1978 and you need to scroll for a very long time to get to current year. There is also some new red label on bottom left on the screen saying (translated from swedish) ~ "period day 16 of 27". Having to scroll like crazy like that is not desireable. How can we fix this?
