Everytime I open "menstrual health" it opens with the set up questions. I have tried force stopping the app, uninstalling the app and restarting my phone and reinstalling the app. My phone and app are updated. It still opens with the set up questions and loses any period data I enter. Customer service pretty much told me, "its broken and we'll let you know when we fix it". 😑 Disappointing! Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, I just got mine on Friday and it does the same thing with the setup questions every time. I thought it was because I really hadn't logged a full period yet.

I entered several months worth of period data but it continued to stay in set up and then my data erased overnight.
