Hi, I have been having issues with the Menstrual Health tracker not saving symptoms. This used to happen sporadically but since 15th June it is constant and I cannot save my symptoms.
It seems this started not long after the Stress Management tab appeared, which happened on 9th June. Not sure if it is related, but seems to coincide.
Details:
Phone Model: Android LG G6
Fitbit Mode: Versa 2
App Version: 3.43.1 (20233578)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on Menstrual Health
2. Click Log Details +
3. Select any symptom
4. Wait a moment and observe the tick from the selected symptom disappears
5. Re-select a symptom (either the same or different)
6. Click Save
7. Observe no data is stored
This occurs when selecting today's date or any previous days. If after step 2 you wait a few seconds the tick stays selected but does not save either.
Please note, that changing the details of my period works fine, i.e. the start and end date is saved. It is just the symptoms not saving.
I have tried the following:
1) install the latest version of the App, twice (see above for latest version)
2) log out from the Fitbit App, force quit the App, and restart my phone. Then, log back into the App.
Neither of these have helped.
I have confirmed that my Fitbit device does not have any pending firmware updates.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can try, I use this section a lot and it is very frustrating to lose all my info.

I'm having this same problem. I've tried shutting the app down restarting my phone, everything. And it just won't work. Hoping a bug fix is on the way.

I have had the same issue for a very long time, probably a year or more. I have Versa and Samsung Galaxy S21 (brand new phone, and still the menstrual symptom logging does not work properly). The only way for me to log symptoms is to do it quickly, i.e. click all symptoms I want to log before the ticks disappear. If I tap Save before that happens, the symptoms are saved. This is however very annoying and I hope Fitbit solves this soon...

Seems to be working for me again as of this weekend, but when you select the symptoms you have to wait for the ticks to disappear and then re-select. Will be monitoring how this behaves going forward.

10/25/2021 Mine is still broken. (I use a Galaxy S8 if this matters). Sometimes I USED to be able to click back and forth and get my little "dot" to appear and save. Now it just appears and gets deleted. As soon as I exit the screen and relaunch, all the symptom data is gone. No details will save except for start and finish date.

I definitely had that problem before, but now I have that problem, PLUS the opposite where I can't unselect anything once I've saved. I accidentally put in a positive ovulation date on 2 days and can't remove the wrong day. And it won't let me edit and add anything else. It even shows the same image doubled when I select the day. I gave up on this tracker last year and use a separate app for my period.

I'm getting this issue as well, started a few days ago. I agree it is frustrating.
I've used another app since before Fitbit added this feature, but I like to compare the two. I hope this can get fixed.

Update- it start working again. I'm not sure why, but now it is acting normal.

Still broke. I'm not even sure how long now.i still cant add symptoms or flow details. I try every month. The only thing I CAN reliably do is change the actual period date.

I wasn't able to update dates last month when my period came early and now I still can't edit symptoms. This happened once before earlier in 2021 but I can't remember the fix..

I'm having the very same issue, have also tried to reinstall the APP. Still "details" will not save. This has been a continuous issue for about 3weeks now.
