Menstrual Health tracking doesnt work

Hello, i have been usunąć Versa 3 for 3 months, but I can’t record any menstrual health data. Whenever I click on „+” button, it doesnt react. I reported it to Fitbit support two months ago, but they havent done anything so far (ridiculous and frustrating). Any ideas what can be the reason? Has any of you had the same problem? Thanks a lot.

As of 9/13/2021 are there any users for whom this feature is working properly when the calendar is in edit mode and a change to the dates is made?

 

My wife has an iPhone SE with up to date iOS 14.7.1 and FitBit app and every time she goes into the menstrual calendar and edits, it crashes the entire app. Every time. We've can't find a work around solution. Even tried classic method of uninstalling/reinstalling.

We're going to try updating her calendar through an iPad and it if it still doesn't work, the next step will be to use my Android phone and see what happens.If it locks up the app on my phone then it's the feature as presented to her profile. If it works, then the problem is with the iPhone app.

 

Is this Health Tracker available online rather than the app only? If it is can someone tell us how to find it? It's not a widget on her desktop.

 

She did show me that within this tracker she can log flow as well as her feelings using emoticons such as happy, sad etc. She selected  "Annoyed" I feel the same way too.

 

Any feedback of functionality or a work around would be fantastic.

Can all of you see if it's working for you  now?

Wife has an iPhone SE 14.7 ios. Menstrual calendar editing began working at about 7pm Eastern. Unsure if there was a correlation to updating versa 2 firmware.

I haven't been able to log details in the period tracker for several days now. My app is fully updated and my platform is android. The Fitbit tracker I'm using is a Versa. I'll go check if there's a firmware update available in hopes that will fix mine.

I'm not really sure what's causing it to lock up. I can follow the steps to make it lock up consistently, but not really sure why it is locking up.

I didn't check to see if it was working before the firmware update to the Versa 2 as I didn't think it would make any difference. The watch doesn't hold the menstrual calendar.

I'm having the same issue with the iPad app for my Charge 3. Trying to change the info for a different day doesn't work. The app doesn't freeze but just doesn't respond. 

 

Lately there have been endless issues interacting with my Fitbit, from endless Bluetooth comm issues to continuous daily bedtime reminders that I didn't set and can't turn off. I've used Fitbits for years but unless the software quality improves, this may be the last one.

I'm having problems with that too. But I have the classic versa. The menstrual health data won't let me add on the flow strength or feelings etc. I haven't contacted CS yet but is there any point? Can anyone from the Fitbit team even get this sorted?
