Are you using the ActiveFit app as well, by any chance? I had both on my phone, and whenever I would click on the “View Only Mode” it would take me to the ActiveFit app, which makes zero sense.
I uninstalled ActiveFit. Closed the FitBit app and then reopened it. Then I clicked on “View Only Mode” in the Menstrual Health Tracking and was actually able to fix the issue. Then I was able to re-install ActiveFit.
Not sure if this applies to your situation, but it was making me crazy, so I figured it’s worth a shot mentioning it!
