Anyone having problems not being about to edit a period? My app now says "view only mode" under 'predicted period'  How can I fix this?

Yes, been having issues for months, I can't delete a period and it keeps saying I'm on my period when I'm not. It's very frustrating

I can enter a period, but it disappears as soon as I hit save. So frustrating.

Are you using the ActiveFit app as well, by any chance? I had both on my phone, and whenever I would click on the “View Only Mode” it would take me to the ActiveFit app, which makes zero sense.

I uninstalled ActiveFit. Closed the FitBit app and then reopened it. Then I clicked on “View Only Mode” in the Menstrual Health Tracking and was actually able to fix the issue. Then I was able to re-install ActiveFit.

Not sure if this applies to your situation, but it was making me crazy, so I figured it’s worth a shot mentioning it!

No the only app I personally use is Fitbit but might be useful to others

This is exactly what was happening to me. I do use the activefit app. I did exactly what you said and everything is working fine. Thanks
