When I try to correct the start date of my menstrual cycle it didn’t allow me. It won’t save after i make the change.
It still only shows the predicted cycle. It’s showing my cycle has started and ended already and it hasn’t started yet for this month.

I'm also having issues with making edits to periods on the menstrual tracking. I edit the period, click save and it comes up 'edit successful', however it doesn't actually save the changes.
I've contacted Fitbit support via the online chat facility, it's been passed to someone to look in to and I'm told they will email me. It looks like there are a few other similar posts in the forum also relating to editing issues, not sure if anyone else had contacted support about too.

After contacting Fitbit support team they came back to me with the following resolution:
I did all of the above but still have the issue. I have gone back to Fitbit support team to advise the above steps didn't fix the issue and that this is obviously a wide issue as so many people in the Fitbit Community are also having similar problems. They have now responded with the following:
Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
I'll let you know if I hear back from them again with a resolution that fixes the problem.

I’ve been having the same problem for quite some time. So frustrating. It keeps changing my period and when I try to edit it the save button does not work. It is totally unresponsive. Ive contacted FitBit but it is still not resolved. I’m older and need help with tracking due to changes. I’m very disappointed.

Glad it isn't just me. Been noticing this for a good month. I've tried all solutions listed in this feed. Started using another app.

I too am having problems editing my most recent past cycle. I cannot use the edit button, cannot use the click and drag, and even when I turn off predictions still it will not allow me to edit. I've tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling, turning off my Fitbit and nothing will work. Interestingly enough I have my daughter's Fitbit linked to my phone and hers works but mine does not. Both of us have the same type of Fitbit and are linked to the same phone. Interesting. Also, worthy of noting, I have never had this issue before for the two years that I've owned this until now. Very frustrating for me! I wish Fitbit would spend more time and money looking into this issue! There are many people with the same issue!! The Fitbit is superior over the Apple watch because it has more accurate health statistics and this glitch is making me want to switch!

This is happening to me, too. It started sometime between Jan. 11th and Jan. 23rd.
My Fitbit model is Charge 3.
