Menstrual cycle not syncing properly

I just purchased a new Charge 6. Had it for a week. Noticed that the menstrual cycle tracking is incorrect on my watch but correct in the app. The app is the most current version. How do I fix this?

I’m having the same issue. Data/tracker on my Fitbit doesn’t match or sync to the app. The charge 6 shows incorrect information but the app is correct. I submitted a complaint to Fitbit and will post a fix if I ever get one.
