Fitbit isn’t doing anything to fix this issue.
My Luxe has been showing “1 day until” for my menstrual cycle for months. It does not update with the tracker on the app. It is not accurate, and the Luxe just does not update data correctly. I have experienced this with other data on my luxe as well.
Despite opening several cases with Fitbit and multiple restarts, updates, etc., the problem still exists. And no one from customer care has gotten back to me regarding a “fix”.
I will never purchase another Fitbit product. It just seems like we as consumers must deal with their shortcomings. There are too many similar products on the market to deal with something not working right for the entirety of owning it.
is anyone else experiencing this and found a solution?

I have the same issue with the Inspire 3, and no solution. Customer service assured me it would be fixed with the next update, but no such luck. I think a lot of people are having this same issue, and they obviously don't care to fix it. So frustrating! I won't be purchasing again, either...

Yes, as I am reading through this forum, it seems as if a lot of customers are experiencing this flaw and there has been no fix. Sigh. I can’t in good conscience purchase another Fitbit (not cheap) knowing they do not fix the issues!
