New Menstrual Health Tracker Layout

Is there a way to revert back to the older version of the menstrual tracker. I had an update today and it is awful. It doesn't show you the full month, tell you what day of you cycle it is and no option to add when ovulation actually is. It just assumes everyone ovulated mid cycle. I see no option to add symptoms. Please allow us to revert back to the old version.

Fitbits just seems to be getting worse, First the clock face, then Spotify, the dashboard and now this

Agreed! I found out about the changes while I was at the naturopath. All my
info, gone.

I tried to give it a fair chance the last month. But no it's awful. I was due to upgrade my fitbit as this one is just old and not holding battery life. Looks like I'll be switching to another company instead 🤷‍:female_sign:

I lost all my data passing from Fitbit to Google. And my mestrual data tracker and weight tracker since 2020 are now empty. I am fed up of Fitbit

I agree with this! The menstrual health tracker used to be useful and easy to use. Now it's clunky and inconvenient. Please restore the previous version!

Bring back the scrollable calendar in Menstrual tracker!!!

I also came online to see if anyone knew the answer to this question from Margaret - Terrible change to the app fitbit rendering it almost useless to me right now and having to look for alternatives now.  Who thought of these app changes???  Demote them...

I would also like to register my complaint. This is bull. I'm a woman at 40 years old, and Google has just assumed now that I have a 28 day cycle and a 7 day period. I was just learning how my body works, after spending many years on the pill, and working out that if I ovulate on my right side I'm in for a 26/28 day cycle and my left side is different. I don't know what day I'm on now, unless I count. I'm relying on PMS. I may as well use that crappy paper diary that came with my first pack of Tampax minis. At least I could see more that one month on a page!

The newest format of menstruation tracking is not helpful. Having to scroll through the months makes it harder to see what the period of time is between the cycles. And the tags are all listed under each other, also gives less sense of time, and the tags are no longer linked to a (menstruation) day. All in all a quite unhelpful overview.

Looks like I'm going to have to move my cycle tracking to another app.

My period just started 2 days ago and I can't go back and change it from the predicted start date. Annoyed

Thanks for the app recommendation. I'm in the same boat.

Sigh. Here's my post again. hopeful the redaction helps:

I gave [the new Fitbit period design] a shot. Nope, it sucked. So I've been subscribed to this thread [redacted] This absolutely sucks. I've cancelled my Fitbit paid subscription and moved on to a UK app "Balance - menopause" to track my periods. I'll need to find an option for sleep, but for now all my apps and devices are google and if this is how they treat us it makes me worry what will be next. Boo Google. Poor job listening to your customers."

Anyway, one other note - A CSR told me they had heard a lot of complaints and were going to "fix" it at the next update, but that was at least 3 weeks ago, so it doesn't sound likely anymore.

I was already mad about the update, but I'm even madder now because I got my period at day 45. The old tracker made it really easy and insightful to scroll through my irregular periods and see how my ovulation keeps going back and forth between early and late.

Now, in the new tracker, I have no idea what's going on. And to make thing more confusing, the app has added a prediction that my next cycle starts at June 8th, which is based on absolutely nothing and I don't need fictitious data when my real data is already irregular and impossible to read.

I'm an early adaptor when it comes to tech and gadgets, and if I still can't find my way around this interface after a month of begrudgingly using it, that means it REALLY sucks.

Despite raging hormones, I'm still hoping for a fix. I really appreciate now how good the old tracker was
