Period suddenly changed

My period/fertile days predictions have been the same for a month (since my last period). I haven't changed any info, but when I woke up this morning, all of the dates have changed.

I'm just wondering why this has happened?

I've force quit the app, turned predictions off and on again, but they have not changed back to what they were before.

This is the second month in a row I’ve had my date for my period to start, my cycle started. Then at the end of that week I get a notification that my period is predicted to start today. Both months I’ve looked in the app it was right to begin with then it changed. This just started last month.

This happened to me.  my period ended the day before yesterday (29th) and then I had an alert to say my period was due on the 29th! all the dates had changed that I input and it was annoying because the app was spot on this month with syncing my cycle. I am wondering if something to do with the programming is resetting the date to the 29th of the month for everyone or is it a different date for you guys? I have a suspicion the programming may be associating the number of days of a persons cycle being 29 and the day of the month somehow?

I have had this issue every month since I have started using the menstrual tracker when it first released. I did not thank to post here until today. I have done all the following instructions you have given the others before this and it still changes. I had to reset the WHOLE year just yesterday, and the last two months again this morning. Now that I have typed it out I feel silly trying to use this darn thing for so long with such aggravations.

What I want to know is why this still hasn’t been fixed. Clearly it’s been an issue since 2018. Multiple people have reported it, none of the proposed fixes have worked, and still nothing from Fitbit.

Shows me they really don’t care about having a useful product at all. Feel like we’ve all been swept aside.

This happened to me today. Its quite frustrating because I went off my medications, even birth control, because of some health issues I had.

My first 2 periods after going off were spot on, but based on my Fitbit, I was/am 6 days late for my next period.

I've been clicking the button to say that the predicted period isn't correct yet. All of a sudden I logged on today and it said my period is predicted to start today. I gave no additional input. So....is it 7 days late now OR predicted to start today. UGH.

Hi , I have tried everything too and the app on period tracker just put the calendar back to 1990 . It’s like it brings it to your birthday instead of current time .  Any idea on how to fix? I have logged out , made sure app is updated and still does same thing .

Mine is still doing the same thing. It took mine back to 1977 this last month.

Wish they would fix this.

Will likely just buy the Apple Watch once this Versa bites the dust.

The situation is not uncommon, because I also have been having this issue. This last cycle I was on my last day and my fitbit decided to change it to say my period was due in 8 days! My period started exactly on the day that my fitbit predicted it would, it has become quite accurate, but it decided to randomly change it! This is the 3rd or 4th time that this happened! I think Fitbit need to investigate a glitch within the app.

Me too, the app will predict it correctly, but I'll open the app when I'm at the end of my period and it'll say it just started. Previous periods have been changed too in the past, I've had this issue multiple times. Everything will be fine one day, then the next I open the app and everything's changed to the wrong dates.
