Period tracker doesn't work

Every time I get into the period tracker the fitbit app stops working and logs out automatically. I cannot log my period ,nor even the calendar. 

How can I fix it?

Hi, 

I't happened to me once as well. I think it helped back that that I completely logged out and close fitbit app on my phone and than open and login back. I hope that it works for you as well.
