Period tracker not logging info

Period tracker on sense is not saving what I log. Very fustrating

I've moved your post to the Menstrual Health Tracking board so you can receive more related responses about this situation. Just to confirm, may I know the model of your phone? Are you having this issue when editing a period? Or is it when logging details such as flow intensity or symptoms? If you get an error message, please take a screenshot and attach it in your reply so I can investigate on my end.

In the meantime, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Try using the Menstrual Health Tracking tile one more time and keep me posted.
