Period tracker not working at all

• I trialled the new version of Fitbit app and with no period tracker I went back to the old app since I need this info to work. Now it no longer predicts my ovulation or next month's period. I entered my last period in April and after that I got no ovulation prediction for that month and now it's not showing me next month.i have checked the settings they are all checked. Not sure if the roll out of the updated app is causing this app but this is an important tool women need and to not have it working is not good. I don't have to get a seperate period tracker on top of the Fitbit because they can't make it work

@Brick5 You don't see it under the tab Health?  It's under the Focus Areas - Cycle health.

I know where it is but it's not working, it's no longer showing me my predicted ovulation or upcoming period predictions

I went to support and looks like I needed to log out and force stop the app, reset the phone and the tracking started working again
