Hi everyone,
I use the Fitbit app to track my cycle sind a long long time. I’ve been able to edit a few days ago. But know that my predicted period has started I cannot confirm or edit it. It just says view only mode. If I try to edit it redirects me to a use of data site. I try to click allow but it will just redirect me to the Fitbit app front page and I’m still in view only mode. This happens with everything I try to do on the menstrual health tab.
I have already tried to relaunch the app, my phone, my watch. Uninstall the app multiple times etc…I even connected my account to google -.-

I’m having the same problem too! Seems to have happened since the last app update (separately have an issue where I keep having to switch health metrics back on every day too…)

I’m having the same issue. I tried relaunching the app, shutting down my device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and nothing has changed. Still stuck on view only mode!

I'm having the same issue! It didn't save my last period either so thinks I should have one now. It won't let me update the last period for accuracy.

I have the same issue and have spent hours now trying to solve it and find out now it is a general issue! How annoying. Some mass communication to users abour this issue would have been appreciated!

I am having the same issue. There was an iOS update last night to 18.6 (22G86). However, the 'Menstrual Health' popup when you click 'View Only Mode' is something new. It does not seem to clear this popup whether you say 'Agree' or 'No Thanks'.
As others have stated, this feature has worked for years and we rely on the data for our personal health.

It still is not working!!! The original poster described it accurately and posted the same screens I see. Fix it please. ASAP! It’s this Gosh-darned newest app update which is utter crap!

I’m having the same issue. I wonder if a notification can be added whilst the problem is looked into to save lots of users much time spent confused in the infinity loop!?
