Predicted period missing a month?

Hi,

so ive just updated the app and my period feature to the correct cycle days and other settings. Went to look on the calendar for when my next period would be yet I can’t see one predicted for September, it’s skipped all the way to October which is not correct according to the amount of days I inputted for my cycle?

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @ellie2798, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community. Smiley Happy

Thanks for reaching out the Forums. It's great to see that you'll be using the Female Health tile to track your information. Fitbit uses the data you provide to estimate your predictions. Initially, your predictions take into account the average cycle and period lengths you provide during setup, so we might have to check those details. Logging your period consistently will help you to receive more accurate predictions.

For this discrepancies, I'd suggest to turn off the Predictions on the settings, force quite the App and then go back and re enter the information on the settings and turn back on the Predictions. Make sure that the Fitbit App is up to date.

If this doesn't help, I'd like to see what is showing your calendar and the information on the settings; if you can send some screenshots. So we can further investigate since I try to recreate this in the Fitbit App and it was showing each month information.

I'll be around in case that you have questions. Cat Embarassed
