How do I set it to pregnant for female health settings and to use the app properly to not overdue it. Also could add carbs to the food for those with diabetes types 1;2 and gestational diabetes would be awesome

While you may not be able to log a pregnancy. You can vote for the Add pregnancy for more accurate cycle prediction in Female Health Tracking idea and add your comments.
