I notice this is a recurring issue that keeps getting 'resolved' and breaking again. I tried to add a comment on previous posts but it wouldn't let me.
I'm on version 3.14 and symptom and flow intensity logs aren't saving at all, as of January. Halp.

Hey @AcidicMelody nice to see you around, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for checking the information that we have here on the forums about this topic. Sorry to hear that you're having issues when logging your symptoms. Thanks for confirming the version of your Fitbit app. Please try to update to 3.15.
If you continue having this issue after that, please check if you're also having issues with other type of symptoms and when you started seeing this situation on the Female Health tracking.
I'll be around, thanks for confirming this information.

I don't have the option to update - Play Store says I have the most recent version?

Hi Yohana, I also have version 3.14 (playstore does not have v3.15) and have the same issues as the OP. This had been going on for months now. I've uninstalled reinstalled, forced stop etc etc. Nothing helps.
Thanks
Kate

Hi,
I don't see any resolutions on this and it is still not working. Do you have any updates? This is a pretty basic feature of the app and looking at the community forums it is not working for quite a number of women, and is being called out often. Is menstrual/reproductive health just not a priority for Fitbit?
Thanks
Kate

Hi,
Hope we can get an update on this. I have v3.16 and this feature still doesn't work.
Thanks!

Any updates? There's been a whole lot of silence from admin...

And still nothing from admin. This is incredibly disappointing from Fitbit.

Been happening for me for MONTHS. Emailed support and was given a generic reply to contact another team due to the nature of the data (why couldnt you internally redirect or escalate for your customer?). 2nd email also then not resolved, basic copy paste telling me to ensure I have latest version etc. Outright fobbing off!

I reported the same issue over a month ago, and was told to be sure my app is updated. I check the play store on a daily basis and I am as updated as the play store says I can be.

Forgot to mention, I am on version 3.18.

Yep same here.
I cancelled my premium subscription until this is fixed. Not giving extra $$ if they can't fix basic functionality.

I noticed in the 3.18 upgrade they have a free trial of Premium, which I assumed would also fix this. It did not.
You'd think with everyone working from home there'd be ample opportunity to fix this ongoing and irritating bug.

Yeah you'd think so.
I find it even more irritating and confusing that they continue to release fixes for other things, and even new features, yet they haven't fixed this basic functionality.
Until this is fixed the female health tracking feature is completely useless.

Bumping this thread up to AGAIN try and get some support. 3+ months with no support at all. Very disappointing!

I just realized mine isn't there except for the last month. This is so frustrating. I've been keeping a log due to having issues with my IUD and needing to show this log to my doctor.

Another month on, another month of no response from support and no fixes. The lack of support for female health tracking is absolutely appalling, and outright discrimination. The one feature designed specifically for womxn gets no attention or priority.

Hey, we've all clearly still been having issues given the number of replies and questions on any updates. Can you have the courtesy to at least reply to us all? This is pretty disgusting customer service when we're telling you outright an entire feature is not working.

Probably a bunch of guys that work on the app that could care less about this feature not working for women.

I just saw someone post in another thread that they uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it fixed it for them. I've tried this in the past and it never worked. However I've just done it now and so far it appears to be working. I've closed the app and gone back in a few times and the symptoms are still there. So fingers crossed they've finally fixed it!!
