Hi! I have encountered a problem with my Fitbit alta hr. Whenever I log the symptoms in the period calendar, the symptoms doesn't save. I click on save, but when I exit the calendar and re-enter it, nothing is there. The logged period is there, but no symptoms. Does anyone have the same problem?

Hi there @Anna.94, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this up. Your logged symptoms should be saving in the app.
One thing I would check for is to make sure you're running the latest Fitbit for Android app. If you're not, please update!

Exact same issue. Female health is welcoming me like a new user each time I go back to it. After going through the welcome screens repeatedly, my period is always logged, but no symptoms will save. I have the latest version of the app. My fitbit is versa, phone is Samsung s10.

I've been having the same issue since 12/9/19. I'm running the most current version of the app and I've tried restarting the app and restarting my phone. Any ideas on what I can do? My husband and I are trying to conceive so I'd really love to add details to keep track of periods, ovulation, etc.

Yes, me too. The symptoms rarely save f(the last month to month and a half for me). Occasionally it will save, but then not for another week or two. Symptom tracking isn't useful if you can't actually track them 😞
I've tried reinstalling the app, forcing stop, rebooting my phone, updating the app. I use the app on a OnePlus mobile.
