Female health data lost

Hi

I've just noticed that my fitbit has lost all the data from October 2018 to May 2019 in the female health section. I have Android and always keep the app up to date. I've recently upgraded from a charge 2 to a charge 3 but made sure the charge 2 was synced often. I'm sure I logged details from October to May but they've now vanished. Is it gone forever? It's very useful for me to track how my contraceptive implant effects my cycle.

Hi @Lasuil. Welcome! It's nice to see a new face around the Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for keeping the Fitbit app updated. It's odd that your previous data isn't showing up and let's work on this together. Just to confirm, do you see an error message when scrolling up to see your previous logs? If you've not done so, I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. On your Android phone's, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back one screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, log back in and check your Female Health data one more time.

   i followed the steps you suggested but no joy. The data isn't showing. I don't get an error message when I scroll up to view past months but there is this big empty gap during the dates mentioned. I'm sure I entered data during this time as my periods are very varied due to my broth control and I need to keep a track of my cycle.

This JUST happened to me. I use IOS and my last period has just vanished. I usually have to edit mine since my cycle bounces between 27-30 cycles and I remember edited it in December, but its just GONE. I NEED that info. This is the 4th time this has happened. I'm just going to have to start logging it elsewhere.
