Just like every. single. message. on the board about the menstrual health app, my app just drops in periods into the calendar that align in no way with my actual cycle or predicted cycle. (ie: I will be at the end of my cycle, and check the app and it will say I just started another period days later. When I got to delete/edit/correct it, the app doesn't allow for any changes to be made/saved.).
I followed all of the recommendations on the message boards: go into settings and remove the period predictor, uninstall/reinstall the app, etc. None of it works.
Looking at the message board history, this has been a problem/glitch for over 2 years and yet fitbit has done nothing to invest in IT support to fix the glitch on their end.
