Fitbit inspire 3 issue, when I update your period on the Fitbit app, why is it not updated on the watch itself? The watch indicates that I will have my period in 4 days, but I have indicated that I already have my period. I hade the same issue last month.

There are a few potential reasons why this might be happening, and I'll walk you through some troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the issue.

  1. Syncing Troubleshooting: The first step in resolving any syncing issue between your Fitbit device and the app is to ensure that both are properly synced. Here's what you can do:

    • Open the Fitbit app on your smartphone.
    • Ensure that your Fitbit device is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth and is within range.
    • Pull down on the screen to force a sync between the app and your device.
    • Check if the period tracking information has been updated on your Fitbit device after syncing.
  2. App Permissions:

I have the same issue.  My Charge 6 says I’m four days in fertility cycle, but the app says I’m 6 days from the end of my cycle.  The app is correct.  I just got my Charge about 2 months ago.  I had a Sense before that and this never happened.  Any luck fixing it?

My Charge6 is doing the same thing. I miss my charge 4!  It was better!
