When I opened the female tracking, it froze my app. Tried logging out, turning off Bluetooth then phone. I re-logged in and it opened but all my data is gone 😞

This is happening to me too. When I try to open female health tracker, the whole thing freezes and I cannot see my calendar or entries. What can be done to fix this??

Exact same thing is happening to me. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried a different device, all to the same effect. I get a blank calendar and a frozen app. In the forums, a similar problem happened in 2018that was fixed with an app update. Fitbit, please fix soon!

I am experiencing the same problem. Tried the methods shared, off my phone, signed out, reinstalled, but it's still crashing.

I finally got mine to work sort of, I searched the forums and tried multiple things and it finally seems to be ok for the moment however the dots on the logged days are still gone and when re-selecting other symptoms for the day it doesn't seem to re-check what you already selected. Which means remembering or visually taking note of what was already selected and do it again before adding new symptoms. It is also pretty slow, i click save and then wait about 20 seconds before the symptoms update.
First I tried this and it didn't work
On your phone’s settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
Then, go back to the previous screen, tap on “Force stop” and reboot your phone.
Then I tried these steps with no luck
I then tried what some else suggested, uninstalling and re-installing. At first it didn't seem to do anything other then freeze my calendar. Then I reopened the app again and noticed that the calendar had new info/feature bubbles on TRENDS. I clicked on the new features and let the My Details load (which took a while). It seems ok now just really slow on the TRENDS->week i want to look at -> My Details.

mine is still not working. As soon as I open the tile, the calendar shows up and then 1 second later the fitbit app shuts down.

Hello, I'm an android user but I was linked here because I'm having the same issue, and have been since the most recent app update.
I didn't see anything in the Andriod section discussing this problem so I just wanted to comment to say that it isn't just iOS that is being affected.
Everything else is working fine but as soon as I try to open female health the app freezes for a moment then crashes and force closes itself (which seems to be the same problem described in your post)
Thanks

Yes, mine is an android as well. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6.
I wish this tile was available on the computer, as well, and not just a phone. Maybe it wouldn't crash so much.

I just wanted to add that I posted in the charge 3 forum about this not working on my Android Moto Z and was directed here also. The female health tile force closes the app and I am unable to add or edit anything in that section. I have tried all the fixes without success.
This has been about two weeks now. Any answers or fixes would be wonderful so I'll keep watching this thread.

I've just decided to put another female health app on my phone. The Fitbit one has not been working for over a month now.

Hello, I commented on this thread a few days ago, and also started a thread in the Android section but I've had no reply at all from anyone at fitbit, nor have I seen an update for the past 2 weeks.
I am an android user and this issue is happening to me as well - it is not just an iOS issue, and I hope that the android app will also be fixed.
Is there any update about when this will be fixed?
The app just force closes when I open the female health tile so I cannot see my calendar at all, and its very frustrating. It's got to the point where I am thinking of getting another female health app but I cant access my data from the calendar to input it so it would be useless! Please give an update on when this will be fixed, thanks
