Hi everyone. Thanks so much for getting back to me and letting me know how your app is doing.

We have fully released the Fitbit for iOS app version 3.5. This app version should resolve the app crash some of you were experiencing when clicking on the Female health tile.

Please make sure to update the app if you haven't yet done so.

I'm now closing this thread from further comments. If you experience the app crash again on the new app version, or if anything else comes up we'd like for you to open a new thread/discussion to report.

Also, for the ones who are on Android phone and the issue persists, you can join this thread

Thanks for all your cooperation and patience while a fix was put in place.

Hello, I just updated and downloaded the new Fitbit app for my iPhone. The female health tracker will open the calendar but will freeze the app and not display the calendar. The app will allow me to make daily edits by using “+” on my Today Screen, but will not allow me to view the whole calendar. I can also go to Discover and open the FHT through that method, and it will show the calendar and my cycle records. However if I try to make edits to my calendar it freezes and closes the entire app. Thank you in advance for your help with this issue.

This feature is no longer working. It’s blank when I open it and freezes the app. The whole app is slower in general since the update but this feature is just not working anymore. Please fix it soon

Hi All, my fitbit app keeps freezing every time I try and open the FHT part ever since I updated the app last night. It lets me add information but doesn't let me view the calendar. I have tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app however it still freezes. Help??

When I went into the women’s health tracker today to log it comes up with a blank calendar and then the app freezes.  My app is up to date (updated today apparently) and I tried force quitting, turning off Bluetooth, and turning off my phone - all to no luck. Any help?

I have a charge 3 and an iPhone 6 (plus I think). I updated to the new app today, and now when I click on the female health tracker app in the Fitbit app, it freezes and shows no calendar. It won’t let me edit periods, exit out/go back, or anything. I have to force close the app.

I have already tried:

-uninstalling and reinstalling the app

-logging out, force closing, turning Bluetooth off, turning phone off for minimum of 1-2 minutes, turning phone and Bluetooth back on, and logging back in.

Can anyone help me? I have been meticulously tracking everything since November and I’m upset that it’s not working.

I was able to solve the problem with deleting the app and then reinstalling
it. Maybe it was caused because I had updated my dashboard? The
reinstalled app now works and has the old dashboard.

I have the same problem 😞

If you delete the app does it not delete all your data?

The female health log crashes the app every time I try and use it. I’ve tried the ‘fix’ of closing the app and switching off Bluetooth but it doesn’t work. I’ve also tried the remove and reinstall the app but that didn’t work. Any ideas?
