My Fitbit app updated yesterday and all of my female health info I've been tracking is gone. I've tried a few things to see if it comes back, restarting my phone, logging out of the app ect. None of that did any good. My app now crashes on me when I try to view the female health section. Is my tracked info gone..? Will it show once this issue is fixed..?

I've seen reviews of the Fitbit app people saying their tracked feminine health info is gone after the update. Glad I'm not alone! Hoping it comes back once this is fixed!
Same here.
The last few days I noticed my data was gone and any time I tried to log something, the app would freeze. I'd close it and clear the cache and the app would come back. Sometimes it would take a phone restart.
Today I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and when I tried to log the data, it took me to the screen to log stuff, but then crashed, black screen, android notification to say it has crashed. Twice.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon!
Mine is gone too and it's really frustrating because I have been tracking on there daily since it was released attempting to find my pattern, and now it is all gone! I am so disappointed. I really hope it fixes itself and reappears. I just keep logging hoping it one day shows back up.
I have also been using it daily since release. I'm very upset my previous logs are gone and I'm not able to access the female health tracker without my app crashing. I really hope it comes back once they fix it!

I can enter previous days female health info, the info saves and displays the dot icon for logged info but since the latest update, it will not save or show logged info for the current days info. I'm using galaxy s9 and it's literally just the current day that will not update. Everything else works fine.

Mine too! Just did the live chat and they couldn’t fix it and said it’s a bug on their end. Apparently they are sending an email about accessing my iOS log? So annoying as I need the stats for a Dr appointment tomorrow and had relied entirely on the app to store it for me. Back to pen and paper from now on!
So sorry you need that info for your doctor's appointment and can't even access it. I also had been only using the app, very useful to me for appointments. I really hope once they fix it all of the previously logged into is still there.

Hi @SunsetRunner. Welcome on board.
I've moved your post to this Female Health Tracking thread, to keep our forums organized, and so you can receive more related responses about this situation. Thanks for the information provided, as well for sharing that you have the latest Fitbit app update. This sounds odd, and I'd recommend to try the following steps:
On your phone’s settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
Then, go back to the previous screen, tap on “Force stop” and reboot your phone.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
Best AnswerI was also having issues with my galaxy s9 plus, the dots wouldn't show up anymore to show I logged something. It seemed to have an issue saving and when i go to edit I would have to re-select anything I already selected on that day. I followed your steps and it is worse. It now crashes the app every time I try and go into female health.
Best AnswerHi, everyone. My Female Health Tracker hasn't been working properly since the v3.0 update, either. My data won't load, it won't save data I try to log, and it will often freeze when I am trying to do these basic things. I don't understand why this hasn't been fixed yet. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
