This is getting stupid now. I have been having problems with the FHT and found this thread when it first started, I cant believe there still isnt a solution. I have tried everything suggested and nothing works.
Has anyone gone back and looked at the differences between the programming from when it did work and when it stopped working and oh i dont know go back to the programming that worked correctly in the first place. If its a step back then its a step back but at least it might fix everything. I am using an android phone and have a charge 3

No fixes yet. FHT has been useless since July 23rd. And all previous logs are gone. I don't even bother with it anymore. I've been using using Flo and Clue apps instead. Much more reliable.

I've had issues with FHT since July 12th..? Had a few days where I thought it was fixed but that only lasted a few minutes. None of my logged data before then is back, none after the issues started has stayed. I've given up at this point.

I updated my Fitbit app today and so far my FHT seems to be working fine now. No more crashing and lagging. My only issue is all of my previous logged info is gone, I've logged details since the FHT was released and it's all just gone now. Seems like that's not coming back at all? Really no point in using this feature anymore if it doesn't keep my tracked details saved.

Hello everyone!
I just want to ask if you all are still having issues with the Female Health tile crashing? If so, please make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date.
Hey @Pandoura, thanks for stopping by and letting me know that so far your Female Health Tile seems to be working fine now.
In addition, I would like to make it clear that any data that may have disappeared will not re-appear after updating to this new app version. We hope this sets you all back on track and we're super thankful for your patience while this was investigated.

@MarreFitbit Thanks for letting me know there's no way to recover what's gone. Other than the missing details my FHT is working just fine, even saving new details I saved.
EDIT: To my surprise my saved data from before is back! The days just don't have a black dot showing me it's logged but when I tap the days it shows what I had saved. No more issues with FHT.
