Hi everyone!
I'm glad to hear that the issue has been already resolved for some one you.
If you're on Android device, make sure you've updated your app to version 3.0. This app version should resolve the app crash some of you were experiencing when clicking on the Female health tile.
On the other hand, if you're using iOS, we're sorry to hear you're all experiencing an app crash or the app freezing up when trying to access the Female health tile. This appears to have started on the latest iOS app update 3.1.
We've escalated this issue to our developers and will keep you up to date when we receive more information for a fix.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do to assist you in the meantime.

Just updated the app.
Information still missing and app still crashing if I try to log something. Crashes out to black screen. No appreciable difference to the issue unfortunately.

@MarreFitbit Thanks for the response! I uninstalled and reinstalled, I am able to open the female health tracker without instant crashing it is slow and eventually does crash the app. I noticed when I scroll back to April/May to check if my previously logged info is there it freezes then the app with crash. None of the days logged have that black dot to indicate info was logged those days. A bit of improvement but not fully working for me just yet.

Hi @MarreFitbit , I understand that Fitbit is working on the issue but I would just like to point out that, although you said that the v3.0 Fitbit app update should have fixed some issues, for me, this was the version that started the issues. I use a Galaxy J5 Pro with Android 8.1.0, and my Fitbit app is currently up-to-date with version 3.2. The Female Health Tracker section was perfectly fine for me until v3.0, and since then none of my logged data has appeared and the app will not let me log data, and will often freeze while trying to do so or scroll through calendar. Thank you, I just wanted to clear up the misconception that these issues started before v3.0, because for me that was where they started.

Hello, my period tracker opens but the periods I have tracked on my Charge 2 fit bit disappeared. I want to look back and see what I logged but it vanished. Can I have that information back on my app?? Where did it go? I never deleted anything..it just no longer shows anything I logged and saved.

This lag and crashing is really old. I'm honestly surprised it's not fully fixed yet. I really would love to know if all of my previously logged info is coming back..

My app is up to date on android system but female health is still lagging then crashing and all my logs are gone. I tried re-installing but no success. I'm so sad! So much data is gone, I really really hope it can be restored. Such a bummer as I've been using this app to monitor a health issue 😞

Hi, I use the female health tracker to track my menstrual cycles and ovulation as my husband and I are trying to have a baby. I also use the app for when I go to the doctors. I noticed that all my logs are now missing. Can these be restored or are they gone forever?

Hi @JustMaintaining, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and I'm sorry that the Fitbit app is now crashing. To investigate more about this, may I know if the Android version in your phone is updated? If so, I'd recommend to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app in your phone. Then try logging your details in the Female Health tile.
Keep me posted.

Hi @MarreFitbit
The problem started when I upgraded (android) on 24th July to version 3.2. I had no issues with any previous versions of the app.

It was just not saving my tracking so I logged out and back in. Now every time I try to open Period tracker the whole app crashes. It's sad that even a basic calender style app won't work. It's been having issues for years as far as I can see here on the forums. Please fix it finally?
