Hi guys! I've recently started working out as to get a better lifestyle. Due to that, I've researched a lot about things around training, and I've completely fallen in love with these activity wristbands. The fact that they can also track your sleeping makes me wanna get one asap! After reading A LOT of tests, my choice have fallen on the fitbit flex. But now that I found out that they're coming out with new bands, and with heart rate monitoring, I'm just ecstatic!
So pretty please Santa, I wish a Fitbit Charge HR for christmas, in the color plum (very important).
(Ps. sorry for my (hopefully not so bad) english.)

Hang in there! You'll find it a great motivator.
I had a Zip and loved it. I took a fall (in my house!) and broke my kneecap. While I was still in the cast I got a Fitbit One and even though I couldn't walk I'd put it on every day so I wouldn't get out of the habit even though I wasn't logging my food or sleep.
Now I am in physical theraphy and I wear it to theraphy and I'm trying to record all of my food and activities. The wonderful thing, is it really inspires me to do better and I've lost weight! I am still playing with the One, some nights I forget to set it to record my sleep or I forget to log my food. But I never forget to put it on so it motivates me to move, even 1 step more per day is better than sitting around.
My sister is now using my old Zip and she loves it.

I'm a brand new fitbit user. I got my flex last night at the walmart black friday sale. I can't wait to see the numbers come in!

I got my fitbit during the black friday sale!! XD Tracked my Thanksgiving calories last night and it's not looking too good (ie. 3000+ calories). I never considered myself a runner--have always hated it and lack motivation to do so. My goal for 2015 is to step out of my comfort zone and run a half-marathon! I've signed up for a 15K in four months and plan on doing a half-marathon by the end of the year. Bought this fitbit so I can start tracking my progress. Wish me luck! 😄

Good Morning @tasha360
It's a bit of exploring, also been clueless when first starting out.
To get started, feel free to read the manual of the Fitbit Flex, it covers all aspects.

Just got my fitbit today. Tomorrow morning will be my first day out and about. Hoping to lose over 100lbs. But taking it slow in 5lb goals and changing as I go. I have a bit of a road ahead of me, but I'm hoping this will help me along the way, plus responsible eating.
Thanks

Oh what joy it is to have my very first Fitbit Charge!!! I had a HR fitness watch when I first decided to make a HUGE change in my life but it's seen better days and needed to be replaced after a bit of research decided to get the Fitbit Charge and waited until the price was right (Black Friday). I think I am in love but it's been less than a week still. I still haven't figured out the caller id feature but that's really not why I selected the Charge I really needed a watch feature and it is PERFECT. Here's to another chapter in my journey.
