Evaluating your goals in August
What separates a person from achieving their goals and not achieving their goals is staying focused and being persistent in following through.
A lot of people doesn't like this month for many reasons, for example because it is the only month without a real holiday and a lot of people is already tired and loosing focus on what they had in mind at the beginning of the year.
The best is yet to come 💚

I'm not going to be able to track anything for goals this month as a recent update rendered my versa unusable, it won't even keep time to be used as a watch or for its alarms anymore. Support says I can buy a new one at a discount. I'm going to find another option than Fitbit going forward. Not even sure who you are or why you tagged me in here

I actually don't think a particular month matters so much as the person themselves. Some lose their goal in February because they felt obligated to make a resolution to start the year and that's usually the go to. Some lose the goal in August because swim suit season is mostly over and who cares what we look like in big sweaters. Some lose it in time for the yummy season which kicks off on Halloween. People lose goals because it is easier. Those who are truly committed, determined and don't fall in and out of emotional motivation stay on course regardless of the month. My advice would be to pick a goal you truly care about, that you are committed to and make it a part of your life similar to brushing your teeth, driving your car, watching TV, playing on your phone... the list is long.

Best AnswerI am happy doing my walking in August - nice warm days, shorts on, and plenty of light. The winter months are the hardest to make targets in, so I have to make walking hay while the sun shines in the summer.
