Heart rate profile

I have a fitbit versa. During exercise on a treadmill at a constant speed, my hr will climb close to peak. After about 3 mins it will drop to about 135.

Is this normal or is this a problem with the versa??

Hi @Ubmilie

I'm afraid I'm going to need a bit more information to answer your questions. For example, what is your personal peek range, how fast are you running, are you running on an incline?

I think that makes sense, the strap type sensor should be more accurate, just not as convenient.  I too noticed this spike or no read.  So I put the fitbit watch on palm side figuring that is where blood pressure monitors and doctors take their readings.  It helps when exercising, but no difference when at rest.
