Is there a complaint process?

I am now on my 3rd Ionic within 7 months all with the same fault (stops taking a charge)

each time I have to send the tracker to Netherlands at my expense.
I have no confidence remaining for Fitbit products and service.
I have repeatedly asked for escalation of my case and a complaint service or Managers email without success.

does anyone know if a complaints service exist?

thanks

May I ask how you are charging it?

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

But the only way is to contact support

Usually plugged into a phone charger, into TV or laptop.
but the last replacement was never on charge before it failed.
contact support are refusing answer direct questions with the usual run around giving droid type answers.

@Spewy I feel your frustration. I think Fitbit is genuinely coming from a place of help, they may just not know how to help at this point. It is a lot of trackers that have gone "bad" in a short period of time. As much as you are upset at having issues, I know they are as well on your behalf. I think answering their questions will help them isolate the issues that are preventing your tracker from working properly. I know it is frustrating, believe me, patience isn't my super power either, but sometimes it pays off.

At what point is ‘enough’ ?

When 5, 7 trackers Have failed?

the customer support is nothing short of a shambles.
after continually asking for an escalation process they sent me a link to this community.

they think that a 365 day warranty is enough - I disagree.

I am right there with you! Only mine is the versa lite.  And blaze before that.  Every single time it's when it updates and it gets stuck.  Every 8 months it's happening. And now they won't do anything but offer a 35% discount.  I will never buy another fitbit again.  I've spent $400 in 2 years on their products.  Not counting bands. I'm just done.  Fitbit doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. Im going to Samsung.
