Hi, I’m currently 18 weighting 230pounds and i am 5”8 (African-American /female) I plan on losing around 100pounds. Recently I started getting concerned about loose skin though I now that it’s better than being unhealthy. I was wondering if anyone had tips to help me avoid it.
Also, I’ve already lost around 15pounds in 3-4 months it does seem like my skin is pretty firm, but still 85pounds to go.

Congratulations of the 15 pound weight loss!!! Some tips I have heard - Do not lose weight too quickly. Take a collagen supplement such as a collagen powder.

I totally agree with @cathm. Don't lose weight too quickly and incorporate weekly exercise.
