Os anyone having trouble logging their mindfulness sessions? Mine isn't giving me the option to log them at all now

DEAR FITBIT!!! I like having the Mindfulness option, but as Sarah19278 relates, after 3 weeks of successfully logging in sessions, now the ap is on the fritz. I have an Android 8.1.0 phone, Moto G5S Plus. After the session is over, it used to freeze the screen with a message "do you want to log..." and I could hit OK, then it would go to the Very Calm/Calm etc check page and end the session. Then it stopped doing that last week. I then discovered it had generated a notification that showed up in my scrolldown list of all notifications, I couldn't figure out what to do, then i double-tapped and the notification opened a bit to say "Log? ok." That worked for two days. Now I tap that notification and it just puts me back into the Fitbit ap with no screen to complete the log. Very frustrating!
Is anyone from Fitbit monitoring these??

Same here! Feature bo longer works, it asks if I would like to log the session but No or Clear are the only options.

Same here. I had 2 Help chats with them during the day, one of the suggested solutions was to restore to factory settings. I did that. Still, it hasn't solved my issue. The mindfulness sessions are not being tracked anymore 😕.
Has someone else contacted support with this?

Same issue. If I am not awake to log the session soon after it ends I lose it. The whole point is to fall asleep. Also when I can log it mine stopped showing heart rate change, just says went from 0 to 0 beats per minute.
