I want more then just the freebies. I'm deaf and my breathing exercises on my watch doesn't want to vibrate. So I had to open my eyes and watch the breathing thing move up and down. It's hard for me mediation while watching my watch. Because I go to YouTube find more breathing exercises. I have asthma and on oxygen and trying to learn to breathe. But all you have two free for breathing exercises. I think deaf people should have more just then that. I'm not rich, I'm poor and this watch given to me from my case workers. But she didn't tell me the anything about premium. I was hoping to hear all of the exercises by reading it in subtitles first to memorize it and next to hear it without reading it so they know when to start to finish. But if you have all the free one make the premium disappear only seen if they are premium. I keep clicking on one I thought like oh here sound good....no I have to have premium. Could you please have something that we can hide it until we do join in with premium. Sorry I thought it was free. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

@PurpleDragon68 The best place to post suggestions is the Product Feedback forum. The developers read those posts to get ideas of what features people would like to see. I hope you will consider posting there. If you do, please come back here and post a link to your suggestion so others who are interested in that feature can vote for it.
To hide Premium workouts and mindfulness sessions in the Fitbit app, tap "Coach" at the bottom of the screen. Then select "Available to you" in the upper left. I've circled that in blue in this image to help you find it.

Here's a free one from an experienced martial artist, no sound required, only the mind. The goal is 10 minutes total without the chatter you will find in your mind when you close your eyes and sit in a quite room for more than a few seconds. Sit comfortably on a pillow on the ground to where your tailbone is slightly elevated. Relax your body. Breath through your nose, out your mouth, that is one count. Count to ten, always try to push a random thought immediately out, clear your mind. A beginner generally can't make it to 10 without forgetting and starts over. If you can make it to 10, keep starting the count over. Eventually lose the numbers, and only focus on the Breathe. Full belly inhale, push the belly button slightly in on exhale. I also have asthma, this exercise will reduce anxiety on command.
