As you know without Fitbit premium you cannot see heath metrics for the period longer than 7 days. Imo it is so stupid and cannot understand the Fitbit decision on that.

 

Is anyone putting the numbers manually in the excel spreadsheet or google sheets to see the trends on a graph for the period longer than 7 days? If yes can you share the template?
