I had this stress management popped up and it also gives a score. But it tells me nothing about what the score is, how did Fitbit arrived at my stress management score, nothing
does a high score means good management because it’s not really making any sense to me
it’s just there but it doesn’t tell me anything unless I sign up for premium.

Hi @GretaS,
I forgot what the technical explanation is, but yes, a high stress management score is a good thing, it means that, based on the information given from your heart rate monitor on your Fitbit, that you're managing stress well. A relatively low number means that you're not managing stress well.

Hi, welcome to the Community forums, @GretaS!
Just as @DramaQueenDiva mentioned earlier, a high score is actually a good thing. A high score indicates that your body is showing fewer signs of physical stress, so you may consider taking on a new project or exercising. A low score indicates that your body may be showing signs of stress, so you may want to take a break go to bed early or meditate.
You can find this information and many other details in this article as well, and just as you mentioned, if you’re a Fitbit Premium member, a breakdown of your score appears.
Have a great day! 😁
