Work Life Balance is important for our mental well being.
What is Work Life Balance? This can mean many things to many different people, but the gist of it is you spend just as much time and energy doing things that you enjoy at home as you do at work. Work can place a lot of stress on us, and if we can't take care of ourselves, we can't be expected to take care of others.
What are some things that you have done to create healthy boundaries between your work life and your home life?

I made a commitment with myself to stop thinking about what others think of me and just follow my passions. Life's too short!
I used to worry all the time and had lists of things to do, but I actually changed this behavior during the pandemic. It gave me time to think and reflect on what I was doing and realized I needed to do more things during my free time that truly I enjoyed. 😀
