So this just popped up on my phone screen while in fitbit - I click on it and try to "agree" but the only option available is "I disagree" - how do we get it on our account?

Not sure, but if there is more explanation or disclaimer with it, try scrolling down to bottom of page to at least give the impression you might have read all the disclaimers. Then 'Agree' might become clickable.

yes, scroll way down. There is usually a check box of terms and conditions that you have to click before you get to agree or disagree...
